Plainstack Order Limits is a Shopify app that helps merchants configure minimum, maximum, and quantity-multiple purchase rules for products.

When a merchant installs the app, we may receive information necessary to operate the app, including the Shopify store domain, authentication information, app installation data, and product information required to manage order limits.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use customer data for advertising purposes.

Information is used only to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the functionality of Plainstack Order Limits.

Shopify data

Order-limit settings are stored using Shopify app-owned metafields. Authentication and session information may be stored securely by the app to maintain the merchant's connection to Shopify.

Data retention and deletion

We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the service or comply with applicable legal obligations. When required, data deletion requests are processed through Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by the app.
